This hotel is a gem in the heart of Playa Del Carmen, offering a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks. The rooms are well-equipped and boast an array of entertainment channels and excellent soundproofing, but facing a busy street might cause some noise disturbances.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms looked like the bathroom had not been cleaned properly and the trash can was full, having a Jacuzzi and a window to the outside was a nice touch. The soundproof feature was a plus but couldn't fully compensate for the cleanliness issue.
The hotel is located in the bustling heart of Playa Del Carmen, making it super convenient for exploring the vibrant area. The rooms are cozy, with lovely balconies that provide a charming view of 24th Street and La Vacca Guaccha. The comfy beds guarantee a good night's sleep, but some rooms may lack an outside window, impacting natural light.
